The images here are a study in doors as metaphor. We use metaphors in our daily language without realizing. I like to push inquiries into metaphor as far as I can. Sometimes I think that humans are metaphors.
The doors talk to you through your experience with them. What do you feel when you look at each one?
Each image has at least four photos; some have six. They are photos of friends, strangers and acquaintances. Some are textures from previous works scanned in to mix with the photos.
